Fu Neng Shares (600483): To Provide 100 Million Yuan Loan Guarantee For A Controlling Shareholder.

Fu Neng shares (600483) issued a notice that, according to the Fujian Provincial People's government's state-owned assets supervision and Administration Commission, "the notice of the Fujian Provincial People's government's state-owned assets supervision and Administration Commission, issued by the Fujian branch of the China Import and export bank" ([2020]50), Fujian Jinjiang Fuzhou Limited by Share Ltd holding subsidiary Fujian Jinjiang natural gas power generation Co., Ltd. The Fujian branch of the import and Export Bank of China has applied for a refinancing loan of 100 million yuan, with a loan term of 1 years and an annual loan interest rate of 3.33%. The company intends to provide joint guarantee liability guarantee for the above loans of Jinjiang gas and electricity company. The guarantee agreement has not yet been signed.

The company's external guarantees are all guarantees provided to its subsidiaries, and there is no overdue guarantee.
